The Brief: for Summer 2024, Brent Cross Town launched an interactive art installation called ‘The Maze’ in one of its parks, alongside a programme of free family and adult-focused workshops and events. The objective of our digital campaign was to drive footfall and expand digital reach to a wider London, culture-savvy, potential home-buyer audience, shifting the dial from the already established community focus to aspirational lifestyle.

The Idea: to support the activities, we created a three-month digital campaign that included:

  • Organic social content such as photography, films and original Reels/TikToks
  • Paid social media campaigns to capture newsletter subscribers, drive traffic and grow followers
  • Partnered with family and lifestyle influencers from across London to create content from The Maze and promote the events
  • Website content promoting The Maze and summer events that paid social drove people to
  • Email newsletters promoting The Maze and summer events
