The Brief: to help Brent Cross Town raise awareness of the new development as a future park town in North London while increasing visibility of their pledges across all digital channels. Create desire to live in the area in order to aid residential launches and business launches. Tease, excite and drive anticipation. Always whilst engaging local communities.
The Idea: when pitching this project against large-scale global companies our unique approach was to focus on building relationships with the local community in order to generate authentic interest and engagement. Our aim was always to work directly with residents, celebrate North London the community and position the development as a destination for interesting and aspirational people, as well as championing North London local businesses.
