The Brief: to help Brent Cross Town raise awareness of the new development as a future park town in North London while increasing visibility of their pledges across all digital channels. Create desire to live in the area in order to aid residential launches and business launches. Tease, excite and drive anticipation. Always whilst engaging local communities.

The Idea: when pitching this project against large-scale global companies our unique approach was to focus on building relationships with the local community in order to generate authentic interest and engagement. Our aim was always to work directly with residents, celebrate North London the community and position the development as a destination for interesting and aspirational people, as well as championing North London local businesses.

Insiders Campaign

This campaign involved reaching out to inspirational North Londoners, chosen from different industries aligned with the Brent Cross Town vision and pledges, such as sport, health & wellness, food, creative and entrepreneurial. We asked them to share what they love about North London, letting the reader in on their top tips and secret spots.

At Garden State London we pride ourselves on working with a wide network of interesting creatives, entrepreneurs, brand founders, artists and in-the-know/well-connected individuals, who we can approach to work on these types of projects. The aim of the Insider content was to position Brent Cross Town as “the place to be for future London living” in North London. It was a way of engaging with the community, local businesses and generating authentic content for the digital channels.

I love working with Garden State London! For the new development of Brent Cross Town the GSL team are creating an ever-evolving digital strategy, whereby they are delivering our parktown vision to new online readers, whilst also exponentially increasing the growth of our social media engagement and following. Garden State London’s knowledge of North London, its vibe and its sentiment, has authentically resonated with our audiences. The results? A successful backdrop to residential sales, new retailer support and popular events in our new parks and public spaces.
